Extended Producer Responsibility; A Fashion Industry View

Along with Oxfam Wastesavers and University of Leeds, we hosted an expert round table to explore the opportunities and challenges of an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme for the clothing and textile industry.

We were joined by experts from clothing retail, textile re-use & recycling, and EPR consultants to consider how an EPR scheme could add value to the fashion industry. This was through by learning from other industries that have implemented EPR, as well as other countries that are considering EPR as a solution for their clothing waste.
