Samsung wanted to create circular business models that gave exceptional customer service and experience.
Following our ideas workshop, we helped them to create an “upgrade” business model for those customers that always want the latest tech – meaning Samsung could recover its own products and keep them in play for longer.
We also helped to develop their mobile repair service – meaning that customers can get mobile phone repairs quickly without having to travel to major city centres or Samsung stores.
Following the development of these offers, and Samsung’s growing relationship with their supply partners, Samsung now also offers a smartphone trade-in service.
